We at Long Eaton Baptist Church are, we are often told, well known for being a friendly, caring and loving Church
Our mission is to share the good news about Jesus Christ with others, to encourage Christians to live out their faith every day, and to be a positive influence in the local community

WE NEED YOUR HELP - we’re launching a 6‑week appeal to raise £2,000 toward refurbishing our Community Hall so it can remain a safe, accessible and welcoming space for generations to come. https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/lebc-hall-refurb?utm_medium=CF&utm_source=EM
For decades, the Long Eaton Baptist Church Hall has been a place where our community gathers, grows and belongs. Every evening it’s filled with life — theatre groups rehearsing, musicians practising, Scouts learning and laughing. It’s a home for creativity, friendship and opportunity. But its story goes even deeper. During the Second World War, this Hall became the H.M. Forces Social Centre, offering warmth, recreation and welcome to service men and women stationed in Long Eaton. More than 1.5 million visits were made — a remarkable legacy of kindness and community spirit. Today, that same spirit continues. And now, we need your help to protect it.
Your gift — whatever the size — helps us honour the past, support today’s community groups, and build a future where everyone has a place to belong.
Thank you for standing with us and helping keep this special place alive.
